If data can be entered on our website, e.g. when requesting an offer, registering for a newsletter or using a contact form, certain input fields are marked as "mandatory data". With these fields, we only collect data that is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or the implementation of the desired measure. Of course you can provide us with further data on a voluntary basis.

Your personal data will be used and stored for the fulfilment of the contract with you or the implementation of the measures you have requested (e.g. preparation of an offer, answering a contact enquiry) and for advertising purposes (please also read section 2). As soon as the personal data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose, it will be deleted. You can object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes - in each case with effect for the future - in writing, by fax, by e-mail or by telephone at any time or revoke any consent you have given us in this respect.
This applies in particular to e-mail newsletters, for example with information about our products and services. We will only send you e-mail newsletters if you have consented to the use of your data for this purpose. You can unsubscribe from an e-mail newsletter at any time with effect for the future by either clicking on the link provided for this purpose in every e-mail newsletter or by contacting us using the contact details provided.

You can register on our website for a password protected, free customer account. In this account you can view your completed and open orders and manage your personal data.
During the registration process, various mandatory data is collected so that we can provide the services you request. These data can be changed by you at any time. You can revoke your consent given during registration for data processing at any time with effect for the future by deleting your customer account.

4. Transfer of data to third parties

Your personal data will only be known to those persons who are involved in the processing of your inquiry, the handling of an order or the sending of a newsletter. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract, if you have expressly consented to the passing on of your data or if data protection law permits this. However, only the respectively required data will be passed on.

5. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to receive information free of charge about your personal data stored by us, to have incorrect data corrected and, under certain conditions, to request the deletion or restriction of processing and the transferability of your personal data. You can object to the use of the data at any time with effect for the future. In some cases, however, we are not allowed to delete user data completely due to legal storage obligations. We would also like to draw your attention to your right of complaint to the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.

7. Logs

When you call up our site, the access data is stored on the server. This data includes, for example, the browser type and version, the operating system used, the previously visited website, the access date and time of the server request and the file request of the client (file name and URL). We use this data in anonymised form for statistical evaluations, whereby no assignment to the respective user is made.

8. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow Street, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site.
It cannot be ruled out that the information collected may also be transferred to a Google server in a third country, in particular to a server of Google's parent company, Google LLC, based in 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, USA, and stored there. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield (available at www.privacyshield.gov/list under the search term "Google"). The "Privacy-Shield" is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA, which is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the USA.

On this website, IP anonymisation has been activated so that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is shortened. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google LLC server in the USA and shortened there.

On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide us with further services related to the use of the website and the Internet, thus enabling us to analyse the use of the website. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data. The abbreviated IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
You can prevent cookies from being stored on your hard drive by selecting "Do not accept cookies" in the browser settings. In this case, however, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by a cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link to deactivate Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

For browsers on mobile devices, please click on the following link to set an opt-out cookie that will prevent Google Analytics from collecting data within this website in the future. Please note that this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you will have to click the link again.

The analysis of the use of the website represents a legitimate interest in the sense of the relevant legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
