a) Tracking tools

The tracking measures listed below and used by us are performed on the basis of GDPR Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f). Social Media Plug-ins

Social plug-ins of the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube social networks may be integrated on our website and on the basis of GDPR Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) to make our company better known. The underlying promotional purpose is considered a justified interest within the meaning of the GDPR. Responsibility for operation conforming to data protection standards must be ensured by the respective providers.

a) Facebook

Plug-ins from the Facebook social network may be integrated on our site (provider: Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA). The Facebook plug-ins can be recognised from the Facebook logo or the Like button on our site. An overview of the Facebook plug-ins can be found here: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our site a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server through the plug-in. This gives Facebook the information that you visited our site with your IP address. If you click on Facebook’s Like button while logged into your Facebook account, you can link to the content of our site on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to match the visit to our site to your user account. Please note that we as the provider of the site receive no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data nor how it is used by Facebook. More information can be found in Facebook’s data protection statement at de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.
If you do not want Facebook to be able to match your visit to our site to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

b) Twitter

Functions of the Twitter service may be integrated into our site. Those functions are provided by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. By using Twitter and the retweet function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. This also transfers data to Twitter. Please note that we as the provider of the site receive no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data nor how it is used by Twitter. More information can be found in Twitter’s data protection statement at twitter.com/privacy.

c) Instagram

Functions of the Instagram service may be integrated into our site. Those functions are provided by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. If you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the content of our site to your Instagram profile by clicking on the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to match your visit to our site to your user account. Please note that we as the provider of the site receive no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data nor how it is used by Instagram.
More information can be found in Instagram’s data protection statement: instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/.

d) YouTube

Plug-ins of the YouTube site operated by Google may be integrated on our site. The operator of the site is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages containing a YouTube plug-in, a connection is created to the YouTube servers. This notifies the YouTube server which of our pages you visited.
If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to match your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
More information on the treatment of user data can be found in YouTube’s data protection statement at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Data subjects’ right to information, deletion, and blocking of data

At any time, you have the right to receive information without charge concerning your stored personal data, the source and recipients thereof and the purpose of data processing, as well as a right to correct, block or delete the data. You can contact us at any time on this and other questions on the subject of personal data at the address shown in part 2.

Data security

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content such as the inquiries which you send to us as the page operator, this page uses SSL encryption. You can identify an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address line changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser line.
Data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties when SSL encryption is activated.
