A new big customer for fröscher: Daimler AG
Translated with www.DeepL.com
After the successful cooperation with BMW, the Stuttgart-based Daimler AG has now opted for media steles from fröscher. Currently more than 170 media steles are being delivered for the new EHO (Engineering Hub Operations) building in Sindelfingen. Uwe Böhm, member of the management board of fröscher GmbH & Co. KG: "Our customers benefit from the diversity of our model policy and the design of our media steles. Our variants enable a consistent design line for all room types. No matter whether it is a large meeting room or a think tank, the family idea is clearly recognizable. In addition, we manufacture our media stelae on the basis of a steel chassis, which is a prerequisite for stable free-standing placement, which can also be permanently or temporarily equipped with a chassis and that, up to a display size of 98 inches.".
Proven quality in the certification process
In the course of a standardization project of Daimler AG, which was carried out together with macom®, Europe's leading expert for technical media planning and consulting, the media steles had to prove themselves in an extensive certification process. Only after this test did the approval for the frosty media steles of the MICO-2 model series take place.
Fast, simple and uncomplicated
With a total of currently 4 extensive stele families, fröscher pursues the goal of making the implementation of media technology as simple as possible. The steles are supplied without technology and are predestined for global standardisation in the companies. No matter who supplies the technology on site, free-standing, mobile and stable, the frosty columns serve as a basis that can be seamlessly integrated into new and existing supply chains.
Technology important, flexibility even more important
fröscher reacts to current developments with its media stele programme. "Digitalization is also changing offices and conference rooms. Whether furniture or technical equipment - people today need an optimal working environment in order to be able to react quickly and successfully to changes in the markets," says Böhm. The decisive factor is not only the technical equipment, but also the flexibility of the furniture. Permanently changing project groups that work here today and there tomorrow also need mobile equipment to do so. According to Böhm, fröscher is well prepared for these challenges with its programs.
Innovative advice saves money and time
The two major orders from BMW and Daimler also underscore the importance of early planning. Böhm: "Before we submit an offer to our customers, we first seek intensive discussion. This enables us to identify the technical and furniture requirements at an early stage. In this phase, we then have the opportunity to present ideas to the customer that he may not have recognized by then. The engineers develop technology, we develop room concepts. This exchange enables a win-win situation for everyone involved“.
