If data can be entered on our website, e.g. when requesting a quote, registering for a newsletter or using a contact form, certain input fields are marked as "mandatory". With these fields, we only collect the data required to fulfil the contract or carry out the requested action. Of course, you can provide us with further data on a voluntary basis.

Your personal data will be used and stored for the fulfilment of the existing contract with you or the implementation of the measures requested by you (e.g. preparation of an offer, answering a contact enquiry) and for advertising purposes (please also read section 2). You can object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time - with effect for the future - in writing, by fax, by e-mail or by telephone or revoke any consent given to us in this respect.
This applies in particular to e-mail newsletters, for example with information about our products and services. You can revoke the consent you gave for data processing during registration at any time with effect for the future by deleting your customer account.

4 Disclosure of data to third parties

Your personal data will only be disclosed to those persons who are involved in processing your enquiry, handling an order or sending a newsletter. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract, if you have expressly consented to the passing on of your data or if this is permitted by data protection law. However, only the data required in each case will be passed on.

You have the right to receive information free of charge about the personal data we have stored about you, to have incorrect data corrected and, under certain conditions, to request the deletion or restriction of processing and the portability of your personal data. You can object to the use of the data at any time with effect for the future. In some cases, however, we are not permitted to delete user data completely due to statutory retention obligations. We would also like to draw your attention to your right to lodge a complaint with the Baden-Württemberg State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Insofar as we use cookies, this is only done so that you can move around the website and use its functions. Without these cookies, we cannot provide you with certain services you have requested (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR). 7. logs

When you visit our website, access data is stored on the server. This data includes, for example, the browser type and version, the operating system used, the previously visited website, the access date and time of the server request and the client's file request (file name and URL). We use this data anonymised for statistical evaluations, whereby no allocation to the respective user takes place.

8 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service operated by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow Street, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", i.e. text files that are stored on your end device and enable your use of the website to be analysed.
It cannot be ruled out that the information collected may also be transmitted to a Google server in a third country, in particular to a server of Google's parent company, Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, USA, and stored there. Google LLC is certified in accordance with the "EU-US Privacy Shield" (available at www.privacyshield.gov/list under the search term "Google"). The "Privacy Shield" is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA that is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the USA.

IP anonymisation has been activated on this website so that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google LLC server in the USA and truncated there.

Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage, thereby enabling us to analyse website usage. Pseudonymised user profiles can be created from the processed data. The abbreviated IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent cookies from being stored on your hard drive by selecting "Do not accept cookies" in your browser settings. In this case, however, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by a cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link to deactivate Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

For browsers on mobile devices, please click on the following link to set an opt-out cookie that will prevent Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future. Please note that this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click on the link again.

Analysing the use of the website constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of the relevant legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
