A mission statement defines the fundamental values, goals and principles that characterise the self-image and direction of an organisation. The importance of a clear mission statement lies in its ability to provide orientation and strengthen the organisation's identity. It serves as a signpost to promote shared values, strengthen team spirit and enable long-term success on a firm moral foundation.
Our vision

Room for innovation
Our vision at fröscher is "freedom for innovation". We want to serve as a source of inspiration for our customers to create precisely this freedom. We want Germany to become more innovative as a business location, and we want to support our customers in this endeavour. We are convinced that ideas and knowledge are present in each and every one of us. In every employee, in every manager, in every trainee. However, only a fraction of this knowledge comes to light because we are stuck in our existing communication patterns and routines. So how do we manage to break up our existing patterns and fight against this "encrustation" of the organisation? A lot has to do with the environment. In which environment does an employee feel comfortable and dare or feel like opening up?
Our values
Our strategy

Innovation is not an obligation, nor is survival.
To be successful in today's world, we need flexible organisations. Organisations that can adapt quickly to changes in their market.
True to the motto "Innovation is not a duty, neither is survival."
But what do we need to be ready for change? How do we manage to lead with a vision and to pick up our employees? How do we manage to react quickly to market changes?

Making room for transformation
Our vision at fröscher is to be a "source of inspiration" for our customers for more innovation.
So we need a conducive / favoured space. But how can such a space be created? At fröscher, we have found that such a space is based on two pillars.

Values, culture & communication
The first pillar is the relationship space. How do we deal with each other? How do we communicate? Do we have discussions and smash our arguments and ideas or do we create a dialogue in which the arguments from all sides are given space and a hearing (Bohm). Do we try to adopt different points of view or are we stuck in our own view? What culture do we want in our company?

The effect of the room
The second pillar is the physical space. What should a room look like so that we feel comfortable? What kind of environment do we want to create? It is precisely this conducive physical space that we want to create with our start-up in the company's creative spaces. At the Beiepisl, in our world of experience, an event area of 1600m2, we have set up an ideas marketplace and 16 creatively designed bunks. One bunk is furnished entirely according to the forest theme, the other in boxing studio flair, one bunk is a dance/yoga studio, the next in a "back to school" theme, one bunk is white, the other completely modern. So every group, every participant and every event can choose which "room" (which bunk) they feel most comfortable in.
The fröscher business game

The fröscher business game
Innovation arises through an exchange in a favourable space. A favourable space is an environment that can be created through the interaction of a good relational space and physical space. We have listed the main criteria for the physical and relational space in the diagram. We have developed this company game to illustrate how a favourable space can be created. You too can create "space for innovation" in your team
